THE ROLE:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior UX/UI Designer to join our growing team in Bangkok, Thailand. As a key member of our product team, you will play a crucial role in designing engaging and user-friendly experiences for our SaaS web application, website, and mobile app. You will have the opportunity to work on all aspects of the design process, from user research and prototyping to handoff and implementation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Discovery Research:
- Participate in ongoing continuous product discovery research including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and motivations.
Design and Prototyping:
- Design user-centered interfaces and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications using Figma.
- Collaborate with the product team to perform an end-to-end UX process such as user research, user journey, information architecture, wireframes, mockup prototypes, and user testing.
- Modify and manage a current Design System, including color palette, typography, iconography, and component libraries.
Collaboration and Delivery:
- Own the entire design process, from ideation to implementation.
- Mentor and guide other designers to help perfect the work by providing feedback, coaching, and opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, business) to ensure feasibility and viability of design implementation.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and effectively communicate design decisions.
- Proactively champion user experience within the team and advocate for user-centered solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI Designer and product Designer roles.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design expertise and skills.
- Proven ability to design user-centered interfaces that are both beautiful and functional.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- Fluent in Thai and eligible to work in Thailand without sponsorship from the company
BONUS POINT:
- Experience mentoring and guiding other designers is a plus.
- Experience with Figma advanced functions such as Variable, Auto Layout, Component Variants, and properties.
- Understanding how front-end development, HTML, and CSS works will be a plus. (Don’t worry, we won’t ask you to code)
- Experience in the SaaS B2B, and CRM industries and knowledge of the Thai market.
