What You Will Do
1. You will work in a project squad with a Product Owner and a development team (2-3 developers).
2. Work closely with the Product Owner to make sure the product vision is aligned with the clients’ needs and assist in design discussions with clients. Most of the client interfacing is done by the Product Owner.
3. Design beautiful and usable world-class web and mobile applications for our clients.
4. Create User Journeys, Workflows, and Wireframes for the product we build for our clients.
5. Perform User Experience Research to maximize the market-fit of the product we build for our clients.
6. Learn new tools and techniques so that you are able to adapt to the evolving needs of our clients.
7. Collaborate with other team members to define the internal processes and initiatives to help the company accomplish its mission. Our handbook has been written by the whole team.
Qualification
1. 3+ years of experience in UX/UI Design
2. Bachelors or higher degree in interaction design, digital design or related field
3. Strong in UX/UI tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Sketch, etc.
4. Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping
5. Knowledge of Agile software development process
6. An eye for aesthetics and details
7. Excellent communication skills and ability to get along well with others
8. A portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and how you arrived at them
9. Good time-management skills
