Tread Labs is looking for a UX/UI designer

- 3+ years as an UX/UI designer (full-time)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong design skills for data visualization applications (typography, color theory, layout)
- Ability to interpret complex requirements and transform them into intuitive user experiences
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills
- Passion for staying current with the latest design trends and technologies in the finance/fintech industry
- Comfortable communicating in English
- Previous knowledge with financial trading system is a plus
