- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong design skills for data visualization applications (typography, color theory, layout)

- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills
- Passion for staying current with the latest design trends and technologies in the finance/fintech industry
